Making dessert cups for our community BBQ tomorrow! You never know when hard times will find you Fam. Serving those less fortunate really makes your heart happy. Say a prayer share a smile or lend an ear. A lot of us these days are 1 missing paycheck from living a completely different life. It’s such a beautiful place to be! Come on out and help us serve our community, I promise you won’t regret it.

Let’s go apple picking!

Fam I say this all the time because it’s true, we get one shot at this thing called life! Be happy, take the trip, chase your dream job, buy the outfit! Even if you have nowhere to wear it too, wear it to the grocery store!

Some seasons are tougher than others but it’s not worth being unhappy for any one. Sometimes we are “stuck” for a moment but it will pass.

Starting over is scary at any age but trust in God and give him your worries. He will always make a way. It won’t be when you want it or exactly how you planned but he doesn’t want you unhappy either. You are loved and you matter!

Take the trip, wear the bathing suit and live your life! We only get one shot at it so make it a great one. This summer I wasn’t where I wanted to be but I didn’t let that stop me from going to the beach or sitting at the pool.

Show up for yourself and you will have the best time. Your kids deserve you being happy and they deserve you present. Take them out and have the best time. They won’t remember what you look like in your bathing suit they will remember you being there.

You will remember the days spent with your children and how happy you were just existing with them. I have been up and down with my weight over the years and I buy a suit to reflect that. I don’t look back and see anything but happy memories being made.

Take the winter to make that summer body you want, or stay the same the choice is yours. Just be happy in this one shot at life we have. Plan beach/pool days next summer and go live your best life!

When we moved to St Clair Shores in 2009 I didn’t know anyone. I moved to a city far from chaos to raise my babies and give them the best childhood I could.

Pablo was starting 4 year old pre-school and I still remember walking into one and we stood there for a good 20 min in the classroom before anyone even noticed we were there. I knew right then that was not where he was going to go. I started my search over and found that Redeemer church had a preschool program. Michele and Stacey were so welcoming and Pablo loves it there. We made so many friends and I still recommend them to everyone for preschool. I’m so sad to hear of Michele’s passing. I’ll be forever thankful for all the love she showed Pablo and all the kids she taught all these years. 🩷🙏🏻

If your in St Clair Shores and looking for Chinese give Peking Villa a try! This is how I love my Almond chicken! Crispy breading and brown gravy.
