Korcula..full of history, food, wine, and gelato! The ocean is a beautiful ombré of turquoise to dark blue and the temperature continuly lured us in. From paella and ceviche at a neighbors to prawns, too much work, the food was good as was the island’s special GRK wine. It felt a little bit Italian yet sounded Slavic. More hiking, riding trains, trams, and gondolas! Biking through the Lauterbrunnen Valley, experiencing the power of the Trümmelbach Falls, and buying regional farm cheese from a vending machine were some of the highlights! Hearing the gentle cows with their iconic bells while hiking is so Switzerland! Enjoying the traditional schnitzel dish was a yummy way yo end our day. Last full day tomorrow traveling through a glacier to Jungfraujoch…”top of Europe”! by @cathysneller
