My final major project for Uni!!!! pt1 ✨

Since I want to work in indie game dev in the future, I decided to create the concept of a game, called Soda Star Escape!

It's about an alien princess, Nemo, who escapes her home planet with her friend, Juni, to explore the human world!! They end up crash landing into the Florist's, May's apartment, and have to work part time as they fight off alien minions trying to drag them back to their planet! I think I could make a really good light novel title out of this actually...

The concept started off as an alien princess who loves soda!!

Editorial illustration for the Guardian Magazine on Sephora Kids!!

I actually think I improved a bunch from last time! The final is the pink version.......... I will always prefer the red and green version (it's unfinished) despite what my tutors said........................

Madotsuki from Yume Nikki!! This game is really special to me!🌸

This was also a part of my merchandise module - I'll tweak some of these a bit and make them into prints to sell online (when I get that sorted out)😋 I really wanna try having an online shop!!

ITS ME AGAIN!! I love Omori

I will figure out a posting schedule eventually... uni is using up all my motivation but fear not for I got the collector's edition of Omori the other day and it was PEAK!!!

I actually made this for a uni module (and got away with it) because I was stuck on whether I wanted to be an oc artist or fanartist online... hashtag whynotboth (did you know we're limited to 3 hashtags now??????????)

AND my final artfight drawing!!!!!!

I've been trying to improve my rendering and blorbo chibi style the improvement is slow bc of artblock but it's happening guys trust 🔥🔥

(I posted this a few hours before artfight ended and noticed I missed a detail on the collar after I re-rendered it and I have to pretend it's there)

OC:

Late posting 2 of my artfight attacks!! I only did 3 this year and the other'll be in another post bc of insta cropping (eugh)

I've learnt that lineart is actually the enemy and drawing is soooo much more fun with that step removed actually. Despite not doing nearly as many attacks as last year I'm actually super happy with my improvement...

Need to get better at posting though oopsie ✨

OCs:

Vivian - @souixshi here + on AF!!

Barbie - @/princehoneytea on AF!!

Team Crystal for 2025!!!

My account is @/Catsun21 ✨

Gonna do Artfight this year as well!!! Did 10 attacks last year so I wonder how I'll do this year... these refs are from last year I'd love to redo some (IRENA) but I'm speed running 3 right neow 😋

I'm also attempting to remake my own team card but you'll see if that happens (probably not)
