The last hour of babyhood, before my tiny baby becomes a toddler.
For so many years i asked god to give me this girl in my dreams and that happened.
This time last year, I was waiting to hold you in my arms. I remember the time when i was counting days (6 months) before the ultrasound just to know what person you were, and lucky! god gave what i asked 😊
Today, I'm counting down to your first birthday.
I'm loving every new version of you, while quietly missing the little versions you've already outgrown.
Grow, my love. but please, not so fast.
A part of my heart still wants to keep you this little forever.
