This whole ‘what were you like in the 90s’ trend has conveniently fallen around the same time as me digging out a load of old photo albums. And the answer is pretty much the same as I am now, only slimmer, drunker (a lot of the time, anyway) and with longer hair. Memory lane is fun! 😆

Finally posting the last ten days of my 100-day dopamine dressing challenge. I was definitely flagging a bit as we headed into the latter part of the year, but dressing up in fun, bright clothing definitely helped to lift my energy and mood. I highly recommend giving zero f@&ks about what people think and wearing whatever makes you feel good. Life’s too short not to 🌈 Now contemplating some sort of sparkle challenge for December, to give my (many) sequined items an airing and help boost my mood through the inevitable drizzle. Who’s with me? And what should I call it? Dazzle December, perhaps? December Dazzlers? Suggestions welcome. 🥰✨🤔

Been getting back into doing my nails again over the last few months (finally a hyper focus hobby has come back around!) and am pretty much obsessed with cat eye polishes. Mixed with different base colours and chrome powders, the possibilities are endless (which, annoyingly means it takes me ages to decide what to do every time 🤦🏼‍♀️). 🤩💅🏻🥰

Throwback to days 81-90 of my 100 days of dopamine dressing challenge. Bit of a mixed bag to be honest and I can see from my face that there were quite a few headache/migraine/low energy days. But I kept up the challenge, so I’m happy with that. 😅
