From ideas to ownership.

Just a couple of years ago, this was all a dream—walking the streets, analysing potential, and imagining what was possible with the right mindset, the right people, and a bit of bold action.

Now, deals are getting done. Properties are being transformed. Lives—both ours and the people who live in these homes—are changing.

This photo might just look like a bloke with an iPad outside a “SOLD” sign… but to me, it’s a reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much further we’re going.

This isn’t just about bricks and mortar. It’s about building something that lasts. For our business. For our investors. For our community.

If you’re watching this journey unfold and thinking, “I wish I could do something like that…” — take this as your sign. It all starts with one decision to back yourself.

Big things ahead.

Last Friday, I had the incredible opportunity to organise a charity rugby game with my oppositions captain Mike Steven, and I have to say, the event was a massive success! We managed to bring together a passionate community of rugby enthusiasts and generous donors, raising almost £6,000 for two causes that are close to the players hearts. Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK & Sands, the stillbirth & neonatal death charity

From chats with local businesses for sponsorships to ensuring the day ran smoothly, the entire experience was immensely rewarding. The best part? Watching the players give their all on the pitch, knowing that every try and tackle was contributing to making a real difference.

I’m also proud that my company, Homer Bill ltd was able to sponsor the Under 30s team this year along side some other very generous donors. So a big thank you to Precise Chartered Surveyors, Billingham & Co Powered By eXp UK, Hordens Removals and Foodlocker for contributing to a great evening.

I also want to say a big thank you to Lex Allan for giving up his time to referee the game and Alice Spilman for the amazing photography!

Unfortunately, I did not make all my conversions so Matt Billingham you won the bet, double or nothing next year ? by @cavanhomer
