Some Soviet Station- self titled LP on Vinyl for the first time ever.

The late 90s Atlanta, GA band announce a reissue of their sole LP on vinyl for the first time ever. Originally recorded by Bob Weston (Shellac) in 2000 and released by Moodswing Records on CD. This has been re-mastered by Carl Saff for vinyl.

In the mid 90s there was a band called Ripcord after one 7” they renamed themselves The Kossabone Red. The Kossabone Red were active between 96-98 and after the breakup reformed as Some Soviet Station with a new drummer (Lee Corum). SSS would last until around 2001.

Members from SSS would go on to form Maserati, Paper Lions, Carbonas, Vincas, Gentleman Jesse, Copa Vance and The Purkinje Shift.

FFO: Drive Like Jehu, Bluetip and At The Drive-In.

Limited to 250 copies on blue vinyl pressed at Smashed Plastic.

Link in bio to pre-order the vinyl.
