Your waterproof mascara isn’t the problem... it’s how you’re removing it 👀

One of the biggest causes of unnecessary lash shedding is rubbing and pulling before the mascara has had time to break down.
Apply your remover, let it sit for a minute, then gently wipe away!

Multiple streams, endless dreams ⋆⭒🪐˚.⋆

If you’ve always dreamed of starting something, let this be your sign to take that first step ᰔ

My beauty journey began because I hated my first full-time corporate job at 21. I needed something hands-on and creative to keep me motivated. Little did I know that 9 years later, I’d have built a little beauty empire with my own hands and I wouldn’t want it any other way. If you think I’m settling now, think again, I’m just getting ready to embark on a beauty journey that’s even bigger and brighter 🦋✨

Diversifying your income streams isn’t just smart, it’s empowering. Whether it’s turning your passion into a business, exploring side hustles, or investing in new skills, having multiple streams creates stability and opens doors to exciting new opportunities!

🎨 Don’t wait for the perfect moment, create it. Your journey to multiple income streams starts with a single step ✨ by @cavelia.aus

Time, perspective, new ideas, a fresh mind and a reminder of why I’m working so hard in the first place.

I think I’ve finally learnt to embrace the art of letting go, and honestly, it feels so freeing 🦋 by @cavelia.aus

Here’s what I noticed after wearing it all day 🌙

The Etude House Mascara Fixer definitely does what it claims to do, it helps hold your lash curl, even when you layer a mascara over the top that normally makes my lashes drop!

A couple of things I noticed:
🤎 Removal: Don’t expect it to just wash off because it’s a “fixer”. Like waterproof or smudge-proof mascaras, you’ll still need a proper mascara remover that’s oil based to melt the product away.

🤎 The little fibres: The fixer contains tiny fibres. This one didn’t personally bother or irritate my eyes, but if you’re sensitive around the eye area, it’s something I’d be mindful of.

🤎 Would I buy it? Personally, I’d still reach for my holy grail Curl & Fix.

BUT I can actually see myself using the fixer for a no-makeup makeup day when I just want my natural lashes curled and lifted or underneath self-adhesive or magnetic lashes to help keep the natural lashes lifted.

Not a bad product at all!
Just not enough to knock my holy grail off its throne 👑

Have you tried a lash/m mascara fixer before? 👇🏼 by @cavelia.aus

A little lash reality check 🕶️

I know DIY lash lifts can look so easy online, a little kit, a few steps, and suddenly you’ve got salon lashes from your bathroom mirror.

But there’s a reason lash lifts are a professional treatment ⤵️

Your natural lashes need to be assessed first, and things like lash thickness, previous treatments, condition and processing time all matter.
Get any of those wrong and instead of lifted + fluffy, you can end up with lashes that are dry, brittle, frizzy and overprocessed

And unfortunately, you can’t just undo chemical damage. Your lashes need time to grow out and recover.

So if you’re tempted by that $40 DIY kit… girl, put it down. DIY something else 🤡

This is why your lashes need a break from the curler☹️

Daily curling had left her with a noticeable gap and this is what her lashes looked like once they had the chance to grow back

⏳ Real lash growth takes time
But with the right care + consistency, damaged lashes can make a comeback!
