#ArtInterior In After the Last Note, a solitary figure sits beside a stringed instrument and a single white flower, suspended in the stillness that follows music. The scene suggests a moment after sound has faded, when emotion remains even though the melody is gone. The instrument becomes more than an object—it carries the trace of something remembered, felt, or left unspoken. by @cbaloukos

Close Enough

In Close Enough, a quiet encounter unfolds between a woman and a white cat, revealing a bond that needs no words. Holding Still
Oil on canvas
100 × 70 cm
Interior Silence series
In Holding Still, a solitary figure is captured in a moment of quiet withdrawal, seated between light and shadow. Her folded posture creates a sense of protection and introspection, as if she is holding onto a fleeting thought, a memory, or simply a moment of peace within the movement of everyday life.

The Seed of Silence

Oil on canvas
40 × 50 cm
Interior Silence series

A solitary figure folds into herself, suspended between presence and retreat.
The body becomes a vessel of quiet tension, where warmth and stillness coexist.
In this work, silence is not absence — it is the origin.
A space where thought begins to take form, before it becomes visible.
The figure does not perform, does not explain.
She simply exists — holding the moment before it unfolds. Small scale contemporary figurative oil painting of a seated woman in a modern interior. The figure is shown in a quiet, introspective pose, with eyes closed and body folded inward. Warm tones of orange and flesh contrast with deep blues and cool surroundings. The textured surface is created with a palette knife, emphasizing the tactile quality of the painting. by @cbaloukos
