Get low, maybe it helps 🤷🏾‍♀️

I made this image days ago and then when I heard this audio it felt obvious to post. My two personalities combined 🥹

My story is not all love and light... it's dark and messy and devastating and some moments felt like they were going to crush me.

But I'm still here... thank Goddess I don't look like what I've been through. My heart is still soft and I still love with an open heart ❤️

If you're in the dark part of your story right now... keep going 🙏🏾✨️ better days are coming on the other side

I gotta visit my therapist again soon 😢

Wellness needs a big toolkit filled with lots of different tools to contribute to your happiness. Roller coasters are definitely part of mine, approved by my actual therapist 😅

Where your whimsy at? 😒

Stop taking life so serious... it's ok to have some fun again. It's ok to laugh until you cry. It's ok to play like a kid. Bring your whimsy to the front and lighten the f*ck up ✨️🤸🏾‍♀️

Let's say bye to the imposter LIE dressed up as an overqualified MF who needs to shine ✨️🙌🏾‼️

Are you ready to get rid of the imposter in your mind? I am 🤦🏾‍♀️ (this is me showing up to get rid of her 😜) Most of the people I know who wrestle with this type of fear ARE VERY OVERQUALIFIED!!! I'M SICK OF IT (talking to myself) We are too talented, too smart, too creative, too AMAZING to keep hiding!!! I wanna see you. I wanna see more of ME! Let's do this together, shall we? 🫶🏾

P.S. This is also a @durandbernarr stan page 🤭

Why are the MOST qualified women always the ones with imposter syndrome?🤦🏾‍♀️🤮

I'm climbing up cringe mountain to kick that lie to the curb. Let's start having the audacity of mediocre men and see what happens, shall we? 🤌🏾✨️

Release me!!! 😫

It's time to bring back more whimsy and fun. How do we sign out of this "hard work" and sign up for the enjoying life program?

Are you signing out with me or nah??? ✌🏾😆
