⚽ WEEK 9 | CREATING & SCORING

This week at CBF School, we’re focusing on one of the most important moments of the game: creating scoring opportunities through the center of the attacking half. 🎯

The objective is simple: score goals! But the process matters.

🔹 #9: Receives the ball with their back to goal and prepares the next play.
🔹 #8, #5 and #10: Move forward, offer passing options, combine with the #9 and create opportunities to finish.
🔹 The final action: Quick combinations, intelligent movement and a shot on goal! ⚽🔥

At CBF School, we believe player development goes beyond the training field. Sharing our weekly focus with families helps parents and players understand what we are working on, why we are doing it, and where we are in our development journey.

When players understand the purpose behind each activity, training becomes more meaningful, and learning continues beyond the field.

Developing players, building understanding, and creating a love for the game. 🇧🇷⚽

⚽️ BALL MASTERY FIRST.

At CBF School, we believe development starts with the ball.

That’s why Technical Development is the foundation of our methodology. Every player needs to touch, explore, dribble, pass, receive, turn and make decisions with the ball, every single week.

We want to recognize and thank our coaches who continue to follow our methodology with commitment, applying our Game Moments, Game Model, training principles and individualized technical work with one goal in mind: developing the player.

The results we want tomorrow are built through the work we do today.

We are not here to rush development. We are here to build it.

Our mission, vision and values remain clear: develop children and players, help them fall in love with the game, and give every player the tools to reach their highest potential.

And yes, we are going to keep going. ⚽️

Ball at their feet.
Players at the center.
Development always.

⚽ CBF School | Weeks 8 & 9

Our attacking development continues.

For Weeks 8 & 9, we move into the Center Channel, focusing on creating and finishing scoring opportunities.

🎯 Game Moment: Attacking
📍 Field: Attacking Half | Center Channel
🔄 Phase: Creating & Scoring
⚽ Focus: Finishing & Playing Through the 9

Players will develop:

🔄 Adapting Body Shape
🤝 Supporting
🎯 Play Actions
⚡ Turning
🥅 Shooting & Finishing

A key focus will be the role of the #9, learning how to receive the ball, adapt the body, turn, connect with teammates and attack the goal.

The objective is simple: create opportunities, attack the goal and finish.

Two weeks. Repetition. Progression. Development.

Master the Ball. Elevate Your Game. 🇧🇷⚽

What a great day of learning, networking and enjoying the beautiful game.

When we work with what we love, everything is different.

I had the opportunity to share some thoughts with @alexi_lalas @brunocosta80 @mario_alexander_cabral @rdasilva1_

We were all talking about the same thing, how to develop the sport we love ...
