CBG FLAG | THE COVER — Vol. 3

Some athletes are waiting for their moment.

Kaileigh Patterson has been creating hers.

At just 13 years old, the Nahant, Massachusetts standout has already built a résumé that most athletes chase for an entire career.

A member of the USA Girls Flag Junior National Team.

A national champion.

A four-time SHS World Champion.

A varsity playmaker who became known nationwide after delivering a championship-winning one-handed catch on the biggest stage.

But what separates Kaileigh isn’t just the highlights.

It’s the way she plays.

The speed.

The football IQ.

The ability to make defenders miss with a signature style that has become part of her identity.

Before girls flag football reaches the Olympic stage in 2028, athletes like Kaileigh are helping define what the next generation of the sport will look like.

This is not just a young athlete with potential.

This is a player already leaving a mark.

The next wave isn’t coming.

**COACH'S CLICKER** 🎬

The high school football season has Coach B. Graham on the road covering programs across the country. But even while traveling, we asked him to fire up the film and put together another scouting report.

This week's evaluation features **2029 QB/Rusher Kynzie Belo** from **Hilmar High School (CA).**

Every defense is looking for a good rusher.

Elite rushers? Those are diamonds.

Kynzie Belo is exactly that.

She is a problem that offenses have to solve quickly, because if they don't, she'll spend the entire game in the backfield disrupting everything they want to do.

The first thing that jumps off the film is the motor. It's relentless. Snap after snap, Belo keeps coming. She doesn't take plays off. She doesn't slow down. She forces quarterbacks to make decisions before they're ready and turns broken plays into defensive wins.

At 5'0", she proves that elite pass rushing isn't about size—it's about timing, leverage, effort, and an unwillingness to quit on a play.

There's a look that the best rushers have before the ball is even snapped. A confidence. An edge. A belief that they're about to wreck the play.

If it's fourth down with the game on the line, and you look across the line of scrimmage and see that look in Belo's eyes...

You'd better have a plan.

🎥 Thanks to Coach B. Graham for taking a break from the road to break down the film.
