Very early this past Wednesday morning, 8/19/26, my former husband, Tony Cole, passed away.

It happened much quicker than any of us expected. He had a number of medical issues that plagued him in recent years, but he never lost his sarcastic sense of humor.

We spent 16 years married, most of them happily. He gave me the two greatest gifts of my life, our kids Addy Cole and Payton Cole.

Please keep them and their half-brother, Cameron, in your prayers. I know what it’s like to lose your father too soon. It changes so many things.

We have wonderful memories and each other to lean on. We will be fine, but for now, we grieve, remember, and hug all the remaining loved ones.

A Celebration of Tony’s life will announced soon.

When it’s in the 90’s at home (both temp & humidity) and you get to run in 53 degrees weather, you go for it! Amazing how the change in temps improves the pace.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms.

And a special heartfelt shoutout to all the moms in heaven and their children here, and to the moms here who have children in heaven.

It can be a tough day for some, because there is no love like a mother’s love.❤️ by @cbjam50

This is what is left of one of the most delicious cookies I’ve ever eaten!

TY The Batchmaker for your delectable confection.

I was lucky enough to get this chocolate chunk cookie at last night’s annual meeting of Women's Impact Fund

(I had to stop myself from eating it all before I could take the pic!)

Good morning Toronto!
Sunrise was beautiful this morning (although the hotel window was quite dirty).
And couldn’t come to Canada with getting some @timhortons
