Who's ready for soulmates, demons, and tea? Not me, this news absolutely broke a month ago and here I am telling you about it for the first time. I am so thankful to my incredible editor Holly West and @macmillanusa for the opportunity to write more queer romance!

When a magical accident reveals strings of fate, a wandering mercenary demon finds herself learning the art of peace as she and her soulmate struggle to revive her parents' floating teahouse in TEA LEAVES AND FATE STRINGS.

Absolutely blown away by this! 🥺🥺🥺 COFFEESHOP debuts on the New York Times bestseller list in YA paperback at number six! Thank YOU for getting Kat and Brenda here. Beyond thrilled to see this queer love story in the #nyt and so moved by the readers who showed up for this sapphic fantasy. When I first started writing lots of folks told me that having characters be gay and Asian was "too many identities" and that no one wanted to read about girls falling in love. 10 years later, here we are. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️ #coffeeshopaunovel #sapphicfiction by @cblee_cblee

So thrilled to receive my copies of COFFEESHOP from @fiercereads ! 😭😭😭 I can't believe its coming out next week and both hardcover and paperback are being dropped on the same day! The hardcover has such beautiful foil detail on the inside and the sprayed edges on the paperback are beyond cute. Also I'm obsessed with the pastries on the chapter headings!!! 💜💜💜💜#coffeeshopaunovel #coffeeshopaunovellaunch #sapphicfiction by @cblee_cblee

Thank you to everyone who joined us during Banned Books Week to protect the freedom to read! 📚

Together we wrote over 100 postcards to our local reps asking them to vote no against federal book banning bills, celebrated the stories they don’t want us to read, and spread awareness about book banning to even the youngest readers and storytime listeners.

While Banned Books Week may be over, you can still shop our selection of banned books by LGBTQ+ and BIPOC authors in store, join our Banned Books Club to read a new banned or challenged book each month, or support our Free Queer Banned Books initiative to put those books into the hands of young readers.

Banned Books Week kept me booked (pun intended) and busy! Thanks to @vromansbookstore and our authors for talking about the impact of bans on their books, and to @smpubliclibrary for hosting a screening of @thelibrariansfilm followed by a panel wirh @erinforhb and me! A lil op-ed I wrote popped up on PEN’s site, too. Thanks to all who took part and supported libraries and writers in your own communities! 📖❤️ by @cblee_cblee
