Systems. Systems. Systems. Be coachable and stick to the proven systems that are in place. There’s a reason why top producers are at the top of their field. They do the little things right every day, even when no one is around, and they are always looking to learn and adapt #VirtualSales #ClosingPitch taken in Austin, Texas by @cburk07

This leadership team can do it all! Gym in the morning, business brainstorming in the afternoon, and a nice steak dinner at night. Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. In any industry, a great team encourages and challenges each other to reach better versions of themselves. Can’t wait to see where this team is 6 months from now! taken in Austin, Texas by @cburk07
