Car culture doesn’t always need to be about giant venues, burnouts, and 2-step. A small lot, amazing people, and passionate cars is more than enough to bring a smile to anyone’s night. Forza Horizon 6 brought us full swing into car season and I was hoping to capture those same vibes with this set📸🏁

A last minute midnight photoshoot transported southern CT into a sensationalist depiction of early 2000’s Japanese car culture.

What was a night of 20°F temps with the @ctcontentcreators boys, created an experience that bred creativity and confidence by pairing @polakgraphy ER34 with a location that couldn’t disappoint (and left their neon lights on for us).

A phenomenal shoot with a phenomenal car, location, people, and results. Every photo should leave you, both photographer and client, in disbelief; don’t just meet expectations

Joining friends on a last minute shoot in an unknown place breeds creativity and spontaneity. With new locations means new ways to express and humanize the car, in this case a G82 M4 CS, as moody, angry, and a sophisticated yet unforgiving car.

Though a short lived, and late wake up visit to @caffeineandcarburetors , decided to take the camera out and capture the fall tones, personal favorites, and catch up with other @ctcontentcreators boys!

With thousands of amazing people showing up to support a respectful and proper enthusiast show, you gotta work to find those good shots! It can be hard with people moving around, but patience and creativity shine in creating any art. Too many people? Use them as framing! Can’t get an eye-level 3/4 shot of the car? Try a new angle! Cars shine from all sorts of angles where detail and craftsmanship is properly observed, not just the same shot the people standing in-front of you already got on their phones!

Enjoy cars, enjoy these photos, enjoy true enthusiasts.

Some more: crazy color grading, legends of drift content, culture, and creativity.

Having a lot of fun with these colors and unique shots. Not only am I taking shots differently, but I’m editing different to reflect a new perspective that reflects excitement and what I feel is bringing something new to the table. Enjoy and I’ll see you soon🫡🤝

“Blurry photos of cars so legendary they don’t need to be in focus to know what it is” - a random artistic idea that came into my head

I’ve been busy! Work, life, travel, it’s been a lot! Been looking around for motivation, beginning to find it again and turn a page in the book of creativity. Tired of 3/4 shots! Tired of the same thing over and over again!

Expect art, expect uniqueness, expect expression.

Strictly vibes and creativity ✍️
Loved the time out yesterday and truly experimenting with photos and what could be done outside of a “3/4 eye level” parking lot shot. From the sun glare, framing, trying out flash and shutter drag, and even my first attempt at color grading, had a great time with great people, great cars, and great vibes with @teammoonstars @shotssbyzach ☀️📸

Take a stroll through Greenwich on Legends and Concours weekend, and you are met with Forza Horizon. With unimaginable cars around every corner, you need to spend an endless day there. Unfortunately I was only able to be there for about 30 minutes (due to selling my Jeep XJ) but was still able to grab some photos and enjoy the morning!

An out of the ordinary post, but proof I don’t only shoot drifting🤌 A ton of fun out at @concorsoferrari and almost the entirety of @ctcontentcreators ! Through the crowds, patience and creativity were key for great shots and they didn’t disappoint.

Had a great time meeting so many new people and putting names to the faces behind the camera!

Spring is in full swing with builds coming together, being sold, waffled, and drivers returning from Facebook marketplace and emerging from their garages. Although I missed out on the last event, I am always looking forward to seeing my photography and creativity grow alongside the skills of the drivers📸🚗💨 (yes I have a bias towards corvettes)

As fun as it is to watch cars rip sideways, shoot flames, and getting as close as I am to buying more camera gear, the culture off track remains just as exciting. While capturing spontaneous moments in time, these photos tell a story and give my perspective into pure grassroots vibes🌱

Part 2 of the season opener with @lockcitydrift_ ! Using my new lens for the first time had me realize there is a lot more to learn in properly using it. The initial improvement of this photo quality and the image stabilization is immediately noticeable and I can’t wait to continue to improve as the season goes on 📸🏁
