i’m tired. we’re all tired.

tired of watching people get ripped away from their families by ice. tired of seeing immigrants treated like a threat just for trying to live freely. tired of seeing gaza go through so much, from beautiful homes to no homes and no lives.

we stood in solidarity against violence and injustice abroad today.

today’s protest wasn’t about one single thing. we were fighting systems that dehumanize, control, and silence people here and everywhere. it was about all of it, the families being targeted directly and the people in gaza suffering under bombs and violence.

whether it’s borders or bombs, oppression hurts families, communities, and futures. once you open your eyes, you’ll realize this, but unfortunately, not everyone wants to see the real pain in this world.

i showed up because i’m done watching this happen in silence. i’m done with the “justice system” that ruins lives, ruins families, ruins countries. i believe everyone deserves dignity. everyone deserves freedom. this is a “land of the free,” country after all, no? no matter where they’re from, no matter what status they hold, this country should still abide by their laws.

we’re not asking anymore. you didn’t listen the first time, so now we’re demanding it.

we don’t want any more cruelty disguised as “policy.”
we don’t want any more borders used to “justify” pain.

this is our fight. our voice. and, lastly, our future.

sincerely,
