You see my highs on here and the highs of many others BUT that’s not always real life 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve had very highs and very lows in life. I encourage you to talk it out with God and then someone you trust, cry it out, cry it out loud. It’s ok!!! You don’t have to have it all together. The truth is not one person in this world has it all together. None of us. I don’t. BUT I encourage to get back up after that ugly cry and delicious brownies (that’s my choice) please shower though and take it one day at a time. Know that you are loved and that the world actually needs you. You are worthy of love and all the blessings that are prepared for you on the other side of that one decision to get back up. I love you!! ❤️😘
