Dropping our oldest off to college has your boy running through so many mixed emotions. Ain’t no amount of training, lifting, conditioning or personal development that can prepare me for moments like this. Can only lean on trust and faith that God has her, and she’s got this. I love my wife and babies so much words can’t even express. Excited for her….really am. We want all of them to go on to bigger and better things. Little late with this post….life has just been life’ing lately(yes I just made up a word 😜). Wifey @cdaniels and I got to celebrate our 19 year wedding anniversary with a short trip to Santa Cruz with our kiddos, then came home to put in work at the gym together. Life is getting ready to change….kids are getting older, one is moving away to college, and we are met with challenges that stretch and grow us. I’m grateful to do life with you wifey.
