R&B really won this week, especially in my life. I got to see the Stylistics, Al Green, Goapele, J Holiday and Case In less than two weeks. The Bay has been so good to me

The Stylistics are who you think The Temptations are, yeah I said it

Would literally see him over and over again. Al Green is amazing!

This song really has a way of bringing everyone together

Heavenly vocals from our own Bay Area Queen, Goapele

A Bay anthem that heals me

I basically live at Yoshis in Oakland now

I had no business singing this in high school

I CAN’T SING NO MORE

Case and Joe forever

My favorite Case song. Period. taken in Yoshi's Oakland by @cdelafresh

This might be the coolest thing my phone has ever captured. This was our final run of #AintItFun by #Paramore. The creators of @foundsoundla, a one-day choir, asked us to walk around the room as we sang it for the last time so you get to hear literally every section sangggg and the many beautiful souls who make up the choir. Whatever this was healed me 💗 by @cdelafresh

To celebrate Black History Month and to support @chirla_org, I joined a one-day choir and sang Beyoncè’s #americanrequiem, a song that literally brings me to tears because of its strong message of mourning, rebirth and reclamation. I present to you, the final outcome of our rehearsal 🥲 by @cdelafresh

Real love is so back! Congrats to @patmooremoney and @farish.of.them.all, a bride who was so beautiful she knew looking into my camera would end it so she spared me. She’s so gracious like that taken in Castle Green by @cdelafresh
