Aw man it’s time🙂‍↕️🥹 TO THE ARISTOCRAT OF BANDS🎩💙🚂 My FIRST organization…

The band was my life line here at TSU…My friends, family, and start of my career lye here. The lessons I’ve learned from being in this org have truly changed and prepared me for REAL LIFE. From pushing through the long weeks of rehearsals, to learning how to step up and lead to create a product I’m proud of, to managing and maintaining an abundance of personalities and relationships, the band has impacted the woman I am to become in such an incredible way that I can only thank God for the way my story is written.

To the Profs… I’m honestly so grateful for you seeing something great in me and for pushing me far enough to finally see it for myself. I would not be in the position I am without the wisdom, insight, and opportunities that you guys always drop at the most random times lol. Thank you for trusting me enough to lead the trombone section for 3 years and for fulfilling the dream of that trombone girl from from the east side of Detroit😂 But yes I appreciate you guys so much and looking forward to becoming colleagues !🤭

To the section🚂… to all 3 classes of freshmen that I have been able to lead and grow with, I am so thankful for what YOU have taught ME. It’s truly through you guys where I learned to be the music educater that I am today. Now there was trial and tribulation😭 but from y’all sticking with me, we have been able to create some fire music together and I’m so grateful. I am very proud of yall and I’m excited to watch yall grow and turn up. Tori, Jaydan, Stan y’all know the deal. I love yall with all my heart and I’m so proud of y’all. I see y’all, I promise💯 To Los and Stan this was a good year and I was glad to have yall by my side on the way out💯 To the new leaders, TURN ME UP!💪🏾no choice 🤣

Okay this is way too long, but to my other ppl yk who you are, I love you and will miss you so much❤️Forever grateful to have marched all my years with Aristocrat of Bands!!🎩🎩🎩🚂
