Happy 15th anniversary Mom and Dad! You are the best parents ever, I could not ask for anything more or anything less! You guys are always there for me and Aliza no matter what! You guys r the most perfect people for each other! Dad is the crazy one and has no fear I have never seen him worried about anything! And Mom used to be crazy too but now is the one who is always thinking abt the bad and worries abt us!Thank u guys soooo much for always being there for me and Aliza! We officially have asphalt down at P1 Motor Club!

The entire P1 team has been working incredibly hard toward this milestone. Some more than others… we’re still pretty sure Chris just plays.

This is a huge moment for P1 Motor Club, and we could not be more excited to finally see race-grade asphalt going down on the Treasure Coast Circuit.

The Climb to the Clouds has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad, brother and I volunteered for almost 10 years. It’s where I first met Tim O’Neil, which eventually led to me becoming his youngest student and later an instructor at Team O’Neil for nearly a decade. It’s where, at 14 years old, I pulled an unconscious driver from a burning race car, ultimately saving his life and receiving a Carnegie Hero Award. It’s the hill where I took my future wife, Sarah, on one of our first dates, 2011 Sarah and I took a class win in our Ford Fiesta R2. The 2021 Climb to the Clouds was the last race my dad ever got to watch me compete in before he passed away a few months later. A few years ago, my mom decided she was going to take up cycling, and naturally one of her goals became the Mt. Washington Auto Road Bicycle Hillclimb. She’s now done it twice. And this year, I became one of only five people to ever race up this incredible road in under six minutes.

That’s a lot of personal history tied to one mountain, and I haven’t even mentioned the road itself, the views, the weather, the motorsports history, or just how special this part of the world is. I’ve raced all over the world, but no event means more to me than the Climb to the Clouds. Somehow, every time I come back, it means a little more. taken in Mt. Washington Auto Road by @cduplessis70

Very proud to be building @p1motorclub and surreal to see us featured in @nytimes, @forbes, and more. The sleepless nights dealing with permitting, negotiating partnerships, drainage plans, @cduplessis70 and our team up at 5 am in the rain watching guardrail go in… it’s a mostly invisible job, but we have the best team of true racing enthusiasts in the world to take this on! taken in P1 Motor Club by @cduplessis70

Welcome back to Washington Chris Duplessis! After his 3rd place overall at CTTC in 2021 he’ll be looking to see how high up the leaderboard he can land!

With three Rally America National Championships, international experience in the FIA WRC, X Games Rally, and the US Drift Circuit, Chris is one of the most established drivers at CTTC. A New England native, Chris cut his teeth in a variety VW rally cars, after learning to slide by driving around his family farm in Maine.

He’ll be driving the P1 Motor Club 2024 FIA SpeedCar Wonder, which very conveniently has made the trip up from Florida in the back of a sprinter van!

Throwback to the last time we had @climbtotheclouds in 2021. A month after this photo we lost my dad to cancer, and just over a year later we lost Paul Giblin. You never know when the end’s coming, make the most of your life and do cool shit!
Speaking of cool one of the coolest motorsport events I’ve ever been to is coming up next month August 7-9 and it happens to be just 25 minutes from the farm where it all started for my family. The Mount Washington Climb to the Clouds will forever hold a special place in my heart.

It still blows me away how many local people haven’t even driven to the top of that mountain never mind attended this race. It’s simply a cannot miss event unlike anything you will see anywhere in the world.
