Day two! The whole process is part of the meditation.

This one started out rough! Honestly I’m still not happy with it, I worked on it until there was nothing left to be done but to let go!

100 DAYS OF ART AS MEDITATION

I’ve been thinking a lot about the ways we practice being present, and how those moments don’t always have to look the way we expect.

For a long time, yoga has been one of the ways I’ve explored this — through movement, breath, and stillness. But I’ve always found something similar in making art.

There’s something about putting pen to paper without worrying about what the end result will look like. Following a line, noticing a shape, allowing a mark to happen without needing to control it. Letting the process be enough.

So, I’m starting a little personal project: 100 Days of Art as Meditation.

100 days of making, exploring, experimenting, and creating without an expectation of perfection.

Some days it might be a simple line or a small collection of shapes. Other days, something more involved. The goal isn’t to create 100 beautiful pieces of art, but to make space for 100 moments of intentional creativity.

A reminder that practice can take many forms. That being present doesn’t always require doing more. And that sometimes the most meaningful part of creating is letting go of what we think the outcome should be.

I’m curious to see what unfolds over these 100 days. 🤍 by @ce.lo.yoga

Last call for Tulum 🌴✨

Our last trip to Mexico together, and it’s a good one.

Seven days of swimming in sacred cenotes, wandering Mayan ruins, breathwork under open skies, yoga, and the kind of rest you forgot you needed. 🐢🌿

And yes… there’s a dinner where we dance on the tables. 💃🔥 (You’ll see.)

This retreat is equal parts play and restoration. Deep practice by day, full-body joy by night. You’ll try different practices, notice what feels like home, and come back more awake to your own life.

📅 Nov 16–22, 2026
🌊 Breathwork • Yoga • Cenotes • Ruins • Table dancing

We leave in less than 3 weeks. If your body just said yes, say you’ll be there!!

👉 DM us or tap the link in bio to grab your spot.

Return to You is a free gathering for women navigating breast cancer treatment, recovery, and survivorship to reconnect with their bodies, explore supportive movement, and find community with other women who understand the experience. There is no expectation that your body move, feel, or function the way it did before breast cancer.

Return to You is an opportunity to get curious about the body you are living in today.

What feels good?
What feels different?
Where do you feel uncertain?
What might help you feel safer and more confident moving again?

Together, we’ll explore gentle, adaptable yoga and movement, breath, relaxation, myofascial release, and simple practices for mobility and everyday well being. Everything is invitational and can be adapted to your individual needs and experience.

There will also be time for conversation, questions, connection, and support. This is a place to share what you are experiencing if you choose, learn more about your body, and explore what feels supportive to you.

Return to You is intended to be an ongoing gathering, with opportunities to return and continue exploring movement and community together.

You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced with yoga. Come exactly as you are. We’ll start there.
