Yet was so unsatisfied with my body every single time.. and this time around I’ll appreciate every baby step of improvement. Here’s to the journey in June!

My gym motivation is embarrassment 😂 I promise if I didn’t go through these things I wouldn’t work out.

When you think about it nobody ever made a song dedicated to abs 🧐🤔.
.

I haven’t focused on my lower body for the past years because I been insecure about my stomach but you can’t spot reduce so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ima let it do its thing with time.
.
Abs are built in the kitchen anyway!!!

Fun fact! I was tipsy in this video. Felt guilty & decided to cope in a healthier way.

We rocking our backs out this summer!
1. QSnapping back is not a flex, keeping it snapped while going through motherhood is the battle
2. Stress is probably your main reason for weight gain, the gym can reduce that stress & tone your body.
3. Don’t treat the gym like a chore or hobby. Treat it like it’s a requirement to live.
4. Don’t be discouraged by the pics you see posted. I can pose like my body is perfect but obviously there’s so much I’m still working on.
4. 2 weeks to fell better, 4 weeks to notice the change, 6 weeks for others to notice- takes 21 days to build a habit
5. If you fall get up!! Take as many breaks as you need but make sure you come back at least within a week.
6. Feel the pain of results or feel the pain of regret.

99 days until summer! Treat it like a priority as if it was sleep or eating.
