POSTS STORIES REELS

As many of you may know I own a small skin care business, Neveah Bath Company and for years, I ran it while juggling my girls’ games, school events, schedules, customer messages, orders, content, and everything else that comes with being a business owner, wife and a mom.

And honestly, I was always catching up.

I had ideas. I had customers. I had products. I had goals. But I did not have enough support.

I was trying to be the CEO, assistant, content creator, customer service team, follow-up person, admin manager, and mom all at the same time.

I wish I had the knowledge that I know now.

I recently started learning how to use AI in a practical way — not just for random prompts, flyers, or generic pictures but as real support inside my business.

That is when I realized something:

I did not need to do more.

I needed better support.

That is why I created the idea of the AI Chief of Staff — a simple AI support system that helps busy mompreneurs manage follow-ups, customer messages, content, admin tasks, and the daily business chaos that keeps stealing their time.

Because your business should not fall apart every time your family needs you.

And you should not have to carry the whole thing alone.

Yep that is me winning my first award... want to know how I got the award or how you can also apply for awards that your business can be recognized? Here is how...I asked ChatGPT what award it would give me based on everything it knows about me. Then I had it write my introduction and create my big award moment!

The award may be imaginary, but the possibilities with AI? Very real.

I’m taking part in the AI Business Summit with Alicia Lyttle, and this is your invitation to join me. Think about what you could create when you learn how to put AI to work for you and your business!

Come learn, experiment, and create your own “I made that with AI!” moment.

STEAL MY PROMPT

But first save this post just in case you get busy and lose it!

Now that you have done that…here it is

“Turn this photo into a magical “Mini Me” world where tiny animated versions of yourself come to life around you. These cute 3D-style mini characters interact with your everyday surroundings — climbing onto your shoulders, sitting on your bag, waving, playing, and copying your poses — creating a playful yet emotional social media story-worthy scene full of personality and story. The original photo remains untouched while the tiny characters bring the image to life with depth, movement, realistic shadows, and a soft aesthetic vibe.”

You can tweak it to change your outfit.

Turn the time back and gave myself an 80s Glamour photoshoot!

Comment 80S and I’ll sent you the prompt! by @cecejones88

Created 60 fun AI clones of myself… between phone calls at work. 😂

And now I completely understand why people get hooked to doing this.

I’ve been trying to really nail this process, and I finally got it down. Now I can’t stop creating them. 😂

STEAL MY AI PROMPT: Try it for yourself, post how yours turns out, and TAG ME because I seriously want to see what you create!

⚠️ Fair warning: this gets addictive FAST. 😂

Ultra-realistic luxury fashion portrait of me reclining inside a vintage convertible completely overflowing with thousands of soft ivory, champagne, and cream-colored flowers. Wearing an elegant red satin corset dress with dramatic fabric details. Golden hour sunlight casting warm cinematic light across my face and body. Surrounded by lush blooms filling every inch of the vehicle interior. Soft romantic expression, looking directly at the camera. Luxury editorial photography, Vogue-inspired, dreamy atmosphere, shallow depth of field, creamy bokeh, ultra-detailed skin texture, high fashion, cinematic color grading, romantic storytelling, luxury lifestyle aesthetic, photorealistic, 85mm lens, award-winning photography, magazine cover quality, 8k resolution.

But here’s the part you might not expect…

I can also create these WITHOUT spending forever writing complicated prompts.

Want me to show you how?

Most struggling mompreneurs make the mistake of thinking they just need better time management.

But let’s be honest…

You can color-code the planner, download another app, and write the prettiest to-do list known to mankind — and still feel behind if every single task in your business depends on you.

The follow-ups.
The customer messages.
The content.
The admin work.
The scheduling.
The random “I’ll handle that later” tasks that somehow turn into midnight work sessions.

The problem is not that you’re bad at time management.

The problem is that you’re carrying too many roles without enough support.

Successful business moms know that reclaiming time does not come from trying to squeeze more into your day.

It comes from building simple support systems that help take repetitive tasks off your plate.

That’s exactly what your AI Chief of Staff is designed to do.

It helps you organize the moving pieces, follow up faster, manage customer messages, plan content, and stop keeping the whole business in your head.

Because you don’t need to manage your time harder.

You need better support.

Shhh… don’t tell Chandra her AI clone is out here spilling the business tea. 👀

But since we’re here, let’s talk about it.

If you’re a busy mompreneur trying to answer customer messages, follow up with leads, create content, handle admin work, keep the business moving, and still be present for your family…

Friend, that is not a workflow.

That is a whole circus with Wi-Fi.

You do not need to be the CEO, assistant, customer service team, content creator, follow-up manager, admin person, and overwhelmed mom all at the same time.

And you definitely do not need a computer science degree to start getting support.

That’s why I’m teaching busy mompreneurs how to build their first AI Chief of Staff — simple AI support that helps organize the tasks stealing your time, so you can stop carrying the whole business in your head.

Because you don’t need to do more.

You need better support.

Here’s a strong caption you can use:

Running a business is hard enough.

You shouldn’t have to be the customer service team, content creator, admin assistant, follow-up manager, and overwhelmed mom all at the same time.

That’s not strategy.
That’s burnout with a business name.

And if your business only moves when you touch every task, it’s not because you’re lazy or unorganized.

It’s because you need better support.

That’s why I’m teaching busy mompreneurs how to build their first AI Chief of Staff — simple AI support that helps with follow-ups, customer messages, content, admin tasks, and the daily business chaos that keeps stealing your time.

You don’t need to do more.
You need support that actually supports you.
