Filling the well in—where else—horse country. North Salem and Bryn Mawr, two very different communities both stalwarts in their love and deep tradition of equestrian pursuits, where I met friends old and new. After NYC and both these cities, all of which could not be more different than one another, I reflected on how easily it was to connect purely around a love of horses. Conversations began easily with the knowledge that no matter where each of our stories started and would lead to, horses would be at the center of it.

So grateful to @joalmstead for always opening up her beautiful home, and hosting a 10-person dinner basically with her eyes closed. @alexandrakohlstudio who opened to us her stunning studio and idyllic horse-filled life she’s created for herself. @sydneygrims !!!! you are literally superwoman with the most beautiful aura, I can’t wait to come back and create something magical with you. And of course @bethbuccini and @kirnazabete, without whom we probably wouldn’t have even discovered Bryn Mawr.

The @dearcecilia__ ride continues, inevitably helped along with incredible women along the way ❤️ more reflections on my substack this week. by @ceceliu
