💙 Happy Autism Awareness Day 💙

But for some of us, it’s every day.

Honestly, there are days that are hard. Days where communication feels like a mountain, where frustration takes over, where I wish I could step inside his world just for a moment to understand exactly what he needs. Days where progress feels slow and patience feels stretched.

But then… there are the moments that make everything else fade.

The way MJ lights up when he’s happy.
The small victories that feel like the biggest milestones.
The times he shows love in his own unique, beautiful way and it means more than words ever could.

Every step forward MJ makes is hard-earned and powerful. Every bit of progress is something we celebrate, because I know how much strength it takes for him to get there.

MJ has taught me to slow down. To listen differently. To celebrate things I once took for granted. He’s taught me that growth doesn’t always look the way the world expects and that’s okay.

Autism isn’t something that defines his limits, it’s part of what makes him who he is. And who he is… is incredible.

MJ, you are deeply loved, exactly as you are.

And I will always be right here, learning with you, fighting for you, and celebrating you.
