Sometimes you have to stop and take a look at what you focus on in life or what you amplify in life. What you amplify (or focus on), can become your life or the lense for your life. In today's world we tend to not make time to stop and notice what is outside the "focus bubble" or sometimes even in the "focus bubble".

Did you notice the tiny speck moving in the bubble?

A while back I heard someone say,” Sometimes you have to pause before you can play” and it made me realized that is what I have been doing the past year without really realizing it. For over a year, I haven't done anything creative (even posting on here), it was as if something
was stopping me or keeping me from doing anything (maybe it was myself...). I think had to pause on somethings. But I think the PAUSE has been long enough, I think I am ready for the PLAY. I hope the "PAUSE" made the "PLAY" better. What do you think?

P.s. A frame can enhance/add to an artwork or take away from it. The right frame is almost also an artwork. I want to thank @adrie.pretorius for "seeing" my vision and making it even better. I wish you all good see the real thing. by @cecile4u

Many, many moons ago.. when I just started drawing in graphite (pencil) and didn't know much. Seems faces, children, and hands are close to my heart from the beginning.

To be honest, not all TV programs or movies really have an impact, but every now and then (not often) one does hit the punch. I recently watched “As the crow flies” on Netflix. To be honest, it isn’t the greatest series, but right at the end of the latest season, it gave me this little Golden Nugget…

Some good life advice, I would say.

“WE MUST THINK ABOUT WHAT WE NEED AND WHAT WE CAN GET RID OF ABOUT WHICH VALUES WE WANT TO UPHOLD AND WHAT TO DO NEXT.

IF YOU CAN CREATE FOR YOURSELF A SET OF VALUES, A FEW PRINCIPLES TO ORIENT YOU, THEN YOU’LL NEVER NEED TO BE AFRAID OF CHANGE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. CAUSE THEY’LL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU.

SO, IF YOU CAN DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN YOUR OWN MORAL CODE, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO OVERCOME ANY OBSTACLE AND WEATHER ANY STORM YOU
ENCOUNTER.”

Tell Them….

If someone did something for you…Tell Them
Tell them “Thank you!" for making the time or effort.

If someone was HURT by you…Tell Them
Tell them “I AM SORRY FOR" - be specific.

If someone ACHIEVED something or made you proud…Tell Them
Tell them how PROUD you are.

If someone must make a HARD choice or change…Tell Them
Tell them how STRONG they are for making it.

If you APPRECIATE someone…Tell Them
Tell them WHAT it is you appreciate about them.

If someone made an IMPACT on your life…Tell Them
Tell them WHAT it is they did and how it impacted your life.

If you LOVE someone…. Tell Them
Tell Them WHAT it is you love about them or why you love them.

Tell them THIS MINUTE,

BEFORE…

Missing puzzle piece

During my walk this morning, I found this piece of puzzle, and it made me think...

Most of us are looking for that "missing piece" in our lives. Not everyone's piece looks the same (because we are all unique puzzles). For some, it is an emotional thing, for others, a physical thing. It can be a job, acknowledgment, freedom, travel, trust, love, purpose, etc...

But..

When you do find that "missing piece," hold on tightly to it, no matter how different it looks to someone else's, because finding that "missing piece" is rare.. by @cecile4u

I always wonder why the "running bug" doesn't want to bite me. Then yesterday on my walk (that isn't slow at all) i realized that maybe if I run, I will be moving too fast to see all the treasures" along the way...and I don't want ro miss out on all the treasurers.

I found this "treasure" during yesterday's walk. by @cecile4u
