✨ A New Chapter. Five Years in the Making. ✨

Five years ago, Cedar House started with a simple idea:
create beautiful, meaningful moments people would never forget.

What began with luxury picnics has grown into something much bigger.

Today, we’re proud to introduce our new name:

Cedar House Event Co.

A reflection of how far we’ve come - and where we’re going next.

We now specialize in curated micro-events and elevated gatherings, where thoughtful design, beautiful food, and unforgettable settings come together.

And we’re expanding.

Cedar House Event Co. now serves the entire Golden Horseshoe:
Niagara • Hamilton • Halton • Toronto

From vineyards and lakeside views to breathtaking escarpment backdrops, we help you celebrate life’s most special moments in some of the most beautiful locations the Niagara region has to offer.

Our signature experiences include:
• Bridal celebrations
• Birthdays
• Corporate gatherings
• Luxury picnics
• Intimate micro-events with curated decor and food

Because the most meaningful celebrations aren’t always the biggest ones.

They’re the ones that feel intentional, beautiful, and unforgettable.

After five years of creating magical moments, this is only the beginning.

✨ Welcome to Cedar House Event Co.

📍 Now booking across Niagara, Hamilton, Halton & Toronto.

There is nothing quite like setting up an anniversary picnic at Queenston Heights Park. It is easily one of my absolute favourite spots to design for - between the panoramic views of the Niagara River, the lush canopy of trees, the beautiful gardens, and the towering Brock’s Monument (yes, you can climb all 235 steps to the top if you’ve got the leg day energy for it! 👟✨).
For this sweet celebration, our clients requested a classic red and white gingham theme, and we were so excited to bring that timeless, cheerful vibe to life! ❤️🤍
Check out the setup and the delicious food package they selected:
🥪 Fresh turkey sandwiches
🥗 Refreshing Mediterranean salad
🍋 Tangy lemon cookies & delicate macarons for a sweet finish
Happy Anniversary to the lovely couple! Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day. 🥂🧺✨

Red gingham, vintage glassware, and soft florals for the sweetest anniversary setup. Celebrating love is always in style, but doing it outdoors under the trees makes it unforgettable.

✨ 18 ladies, one gorgeous vineyard, and a luxury boho picnic experience they will never forget. 🍇🤍
When it comes to celebrating your best friend’s bachelorette, you aren’t looking for a standard, run-of-the-mill party. You want an elevated, beautiful experience that feels completely effortless for the bride and her crew.
That is exactly what we did for this incredible group of 18. From the perfect custom layout to the smallest design details that photograph beautifully from every single angle… we don’t just set up a picnic, we create an unforgettable experience. ✨
Stop trying to coordinate a massive group dinner at a crowded restaurant where you can barely hear each other speak. Instead, opt for a private, luxury setup where you can actually connect, laugh, and celebrate in style. 🥂
We are booking up fast for the summer! Send us a DM to secure your date and let us handle all the styling and details for you. 📲👇🏼
