Neptune 8K was a windy one but a fun one was well. This was my anniversary race and I shaved off a few minutes from last year so thats cool! Still have a lot of work to do though. Congrats to everyone that ran today 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿. #Neptune8k #Neptune8k2026 taken in Virginia Beach Oceanfront by @ceddy82000

Richmond 16.19K was a easily one of the best race days I have been part of! Got to see some familiar faces while making some new friends along the way. I plan to do this race every year although it has that crazy elevation climb towards the end 😂😂😂.

I want to shout out @weoffthecouch for warming us up and hyping us up pre race. Also, want to shout out @blackmenrunrva for letting us kick it with them at their tent. Lastly, shout out to @officialblackgirlsrun, cause I saw yall everywhere on the course today. Yall traveled from all over and it showed 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿. And of course a huge thank you to my NGU757 brothers and sisters at the race. Yall went from cheering me on to jumping on the course with me to make sure I left everything I had on the race course. I appreciate that 🔥🔥🔥. @ngurunclub757 x @blackmenrunhrva.

Also a few people asked about the shirt I had on. The shirt was made by @drmtees reach out to them for any custom apparel or gift ideas. You can reach them at www.drmtees.com taken in Richmond, Virginia by @ceddy82000
