#Sponsored I had a chance to check out @thesicilianbutcher this weekend and it was amazing! I was invited by The Sicilian Baker to experience Taste the Bakery with a $40 gift card. All opinions are my own. Let’s just say I’ll be back! Especially for that Butter Pecan Latte 😋

If your in dallas, or visiting. Check them out and let me know what you think.

14 Days into October and it’s looks like this💕

Birthdays are SO IMPORTANT to me. It’s a time where the people most important to you come together to celebrate YOU ❤️ this year was special because I had the best people around me. I appreciate everyone who came out to celebrate me, showed up, sent gifts or sweet messages, called or texted me.

I went through the pruning season already. I experienced wins and losses but through it all I found MY PEOPLE🤍

To my community, friends and family. Thank you for going hard for me like I do for yall😘 I couldn’t ask for better people in my life. Let’s keep going, motivating one another, building one another and making shit happen💪🏾Life is so much when you have love around you and you go where you’re celebrated not tolerated.

I love you all soooooooo much🫶🏾 cheers to real friendship, more money, more love and more success to us all✨

This market is BRUTAL!!! A closing date doesn’t mean something can’t happen before closing so keep that in mind.

I don’t want to just share the “WINS” I’m here to share the challenges as well. Everything isn’t always peaches and cream! Things happen and you have to be ready to pivot!

Sometimes not making it to the closing table isn’t because of something you missed as a realtor or something or client did.

This scenario was due to the economy and the builder which is so unfortunate and super frustrating for any buyer that experiences this scenario.

I guess this is a question I have to add to my list for new construction builders while we’re in this kind of market!

Tell me what you guys think in the comments!!! I’d love to hear different opinions or views.

Dallas is growing!!!

I’m excited to see how these businesses do. I’m super excited for Joe & The Juice, I had it for the first time in Chicago and I will definitely frequent it when it opens in Dallas.

What places are you most excited for? Let’s chat in the comments!
