Today is one of those moments I’ll never forget. 🏡🔑🩷

My first closing as a REALTOR® was already going to be special, but being able to walk my daughter through the process of becoming a homeowner made it mean so much more.

To my broker, @kc_therealtor THANK YOU. I truly appreciate you.

And to my daughter… @miss_lewi baby, I LOVE YOU, and I am so incredibly proud of you. 🥹🩷 Watching you accomplish this means more to me than any transaction, or milestone ever could. You did it! You became a HOMEOWNER! 🏡🔑

Being your mama has always been one of my greatest blessings. Being your REALTOR® for this chapter was just the icing on the cake.

Here’s to new beginnings, new memories, and a place you can truly call HOME. 🥂🏡

Congratulations, baby. Mama is so proud of you. 🩷🔑 by @ceeceesells

Nobody tells you about THIS part of real estate. 😂🏡
Me vs. the sign: 0–1.
But did we get the content? ABSOLUTELY. 😂🔑 All I was trying to do was sell y’all a house. Why am I fighting for my life with the sign?! 😭😂🏡. #RealtorLife #RealtorHumor #BehindTheScenes #RealEstateBlooper Chantal “CeeCee” Jarrell REALTOR®️
