I have some good news I’ve been looking forward to sharing.

Earlier this month I was blessed with the opportunity to take things to the next level and join NPR for a live broadcast interview about health, wellness, and longevity.

This was my first national media appearance.

For me, this is about much more than an interview.

I believe that sharing the truth about our health matters.

There is an extraordinary amount of information out there about how to live healthier and longer.

Some of it is true.

Some of it isn’t.

And knowing the difference matters.

I honestly believe I can do some good by sharing what actually works, what doesn’t, and how science can empower each of us to create a healthier future for ourselves.

This has become a personal mission.

Because the truth should not belong only to scientists, doctors, or people who have the time and resources to find it.

It should be available to everyone.

And having the opportunity to share that message with an NPR audience feels like an important next step in that journey.

I’m very happy to finally be able to share the conversation with all of you.
