A lil diff vid but I told myself was gonna be real & brush performing for people. As even being years in Christ this has been the thing that’s been holding me back

Something I have been on an honest process with God for in my walk. Past few months learning not to focus on spritual perfection or validation from others for my main drive in development in Christ & as a man but to learn to focus in doing things in love when developing myself

I have noticed when I focus on how consistent Gods love is more then my performances or desire for validation it’s easier to not put pressure on myself to perform for a love we already have in God

It’s still a struggle but I am learning his love don’t depart even on bad days. I hope this may encourage anyone. Just a lil reminder you’re loved by God he sent his son Jesus for us regardless of the performance. We should seek to show same love to people by @ceemills.ldn

In this series, we’ll explore how sport can become a meeting point where faith, identity, and culture can all be in motion.
This isn’t a series from the perspective of a professional athlete, or a self righteous preacher, or someone claiming to have all the answers. It’s simply the journey of someone documenting stories within life and sport while seeking to grow in faith & understanding greatest story ever told the life of Christ.
Through challenges, conversations, evangelism breakdowns, and real-life experiences, we’ll explore what faith looks like beyond the church walls and within everyday sporting environments. As well as documenting my own personal growth & understanding in my perception & relationship with God

A lil something different decided this Q2 we’re going on a reset, unlearning to gain more
Week 1 Q2 reset & rebuild.

Been reflecting on what I’m learning, Perfection can turn into performance.

I used to think if I wasn’t perfect, there was no point. Only reason that was worth to claim that I was perfect through chasing an image God never called me to live by. It affected my walk, my heart, everything.

I’m learning it’s better to be real about where I am and look to Jesus than pretend I don’t need Him.

I’m learning not performing for identity in Christ anymore I’m learning to live from it.

Our true identity is being God’s child. That’s through his love, not works. Everything else flows from that.
Not perfect, just trynna grow daily with Him & jugg

A little encouragement:
Being God’s child or to get his love isn’t something you perform to receive it’s who you already are & have, not by works, but by His love.

A little vloggi mi-vloggi of the behind the scenes of my life as a photographer, videographer, content creator & my walk with Christ. From shooting off-pitch content for football teams to midweek Bible study just a real insight into an average week in the lifey with Ceemilly.

I’m currently studying Acts and it’s cold. Even though I aint finished one thing i took from is that its theres so much power in the holy spirt especially when we’re individually with one accord with him and collectively

Whether it’s in faith, sport, school or the gym, collectieve alignment makes the journey easier. It doesn’t remove the challenges, but it reminds us we’re not doing life alone. God gives us help through the Holy Spirit and through the people around us so we can keep going.

This video has been long over due but I guess we’re really doing this. Entering a new era of boldness in who Christ says we are as believers of Christ. No more being scared of being seen for God, or chasing perfection to the point it distracts me from doing what God has called me to be for him but we are being bold in my identity in him & using resources he’s provided for me to grow & enable the light to be risen so others can see his glory in our light.

As we prepare to leave 2024, I wanted to close the year with my annual BTS videography vlog. It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these, and so much has happened this year. There have been highs and lows, but through it all, I’ve drawn closer to God in ways I never imagined.

A big theme for me this year has been fellowship. Before I knew Christ, I was someone who was quite reserved and searching for companionship. Through the brotherhood and fellowship I shared with my cousin Benjiman who introduced me to Christ I discovered the beauty of God’s love and the power of community. It’s through fellowship that I found my home in Christ, where His love surrounds me through a bigger support system in Him.

When my cousin Benjiman passed away, I felt abandoned. I thought the love I had come to know God for & my heart had also died. I wanted to quit not only photography & videography but also my walk with Christ. But God reminded me that his love never leaves us. I now see Benjiman as so much more than the little brother & cousin who I grew up with & loved with all my heart. He didn’t just lead me to salvation; he was my destiny helper, my original support system in Christ. Even now, after his passing, I know he is my angel and testimony.

His passion and drive for God live on in me, and in His infinite love, God surrounded me with a new support system my family in fellowship. They’ve helped me overcome grief and rediscover the beauty of God’s love.

This is the reason behind this post just to reflect on the key theme of my life this year. “Sweet friendships refresh the soul and awaken our hearts with joy, for good friends are like the anointing oil that carries the fragrant incense of God’s presence.” (Proverbs 27:9)

As this is fellowship diaries I thought lemme take it there with the greediest production crew & get everyone involved in the production & get them to give their thoughts on fellowship.

I pray for those who are longing for companionship, that it will find you through Christ and the beauty of fellowship with the brethren. May you encounter His love in fresh and life-changing ways.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen
