Each year I try to challenge myself to learn a new skill or experiment with a medium I haven’t worked with before. This year, that meant trying my hand at painting on glass! It was definitely a learning curve, but I really enjoyed experimenting with a completely new process and seeing this piece come to life.

A huge thank you to my friend @chillermiller93 for building the beautiful custom frame that brought the whole piece together. 🫶🏻

When Maddy & Jake asked if I’d tattoo at their wedding, I was immediately so excited!

Over the next few months, I drew a custom flash sheet for their day, meticulously planned, and put together aftercare kits so everyone had what they needed while spending the weekend camping.

Getting to tattoo their friends and family in the middle of the woods was something I’ll never forget. I never knew it was possible to bring my love for my craft into the great outdoors, and I feel really grateful to have been a part of it.

Thank you again, Maddy & Jake, for trusting me with such a special part of your wedding.

And thank you, @streetarteagle for helping wherever you could, and always supporting me. 🫶🏻

After this monumental weekend, I can honestly say I’d love to tattoo at more weddings.
