is what you’re living for worth dying for?

HYROX SOLO ✅

the ONLY reason i was able to complete this race was because of the team behind me at @morethanmilesac

coaching such an extraordinary group of people week after week, watching their progress and seeing them rally together to support one another has truly been one of the most impactful experiences of my life. i set out with one simple goal for this race - finish. not for me, but for the people who have inspired and motivated me to practice what i preach in all of my classes.
you can do hard things, you can complete any challenge you set your mind to, and the progress you make has an impact that effects everyone in your orbit.

how lucky am i to be surrounded by such light, love, passion and determination with a crew of people who DOMINATED the last two weekends. ❤️‍🔥

everything my team is is everything i could ever strive to be. i am such a proud coach, friend, and teammate today. i would not be the person i am today if it wasn’t for the belief and trust @anthonycrouchelli has had in me since day ONE. thank you for creating this community and allowing me to play a small part in it. i am eternally grateful, ridiculously sore, so fucking glad that this race is OVER…
my hyrox journey will continue EXCLUSIVELY on the mic for now….. but don’t be surprised if you see me on a starting line again soon. 🤪 taken in Pier 76 by @ceggersss

still riding the high(rox) from yesterday 🖤⚡️
i could say a million things about how i never thought my body would be capable of something like this or how i have the best support system in the world from my @alphafitclub.jerseycity fam. or how grateful i am to have a found a partner in crime and lifelong friend out of this training experience (@mike_ionta) but i will simply leave it at this:

if it scares you, it’s probably worth doing. if you’re scared to fail, the least you can do is try. and it is NEVER too late to become the person you were meant to be.
til next time 🤍✨ taken in Pier 76 by @ceggersss

for a long time, i thought speaking out made me weak or would cause shame. now, i choose to be strong by standing up, speaking out, and supporting any/all survivors. i am here for you. i believe you. i am you.
this weekend, we show the world what strength really looks like 🤍 i hope you’ll join me and if you can, please donate using the link in my bio to continue to show your support for all victims. class will be held at 9AM on Saturday at Zapp Fitness in Hoboken. DM me for more info on how to sign up.

it’s not all men, but it is all women. a neighbor, a friend, a sister, a girlfriend, a mother. today and everyday i ask that you look at those around you and show kindness, show empathy, and understand that even those we admire most may be fighting a battle we know NOTHING about.

thank you 🖤 by @ceggersss
