What a talent! United Arab Emirates Rose Ceiline O’Meara is 28 years old and comes from Limerick. A primary school teacher and musician, she is currently based in Sharjah, UAE, while on a career break from Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh in Limerick.

A harpist and pianist, Ceiline brought her harp with her to the Emirates and has performed at a wide range of events, including the prestigious Dubai World Cup. She also had the honour of performing for Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum. An All-Ireland Fleadh Champion, she joined the Comhaltas group in the UAE and is looking forward to the All-Ireland Fleadh in Wexford later this year.

Alongside her teaching and music, Ceiline began modelling in 2018 with Celia Holman Lee and the Holman Lee Agency, and has taken part in Rose of Tralee fashion shows. More recently, she has collaborated with Cara Jewellers in the UAE. Ceiline is incredibly proud to be the first UAE Rose and looks forward to representing all seven Emirates in Tralee. #roseoftralee #rte by @ceiline
