💫 Mae'n bleser o'r mwyaf croesawu Sglein Seren i Cei Llechi!

O'r alwad ffôn cyntaf, roedd ysbryd egnïol Ceri yn gwahodd syniadau, a phleser oedd eich chael hi'n gyntaf fel tenant pop-up yng nghanol tref Caernarfon. Pan daeth cyfle i geisio am leoliad parhaol - roeddem yn gwybod yn syth fod Sglein Seren yn berffaith i'r Cei.

Yng nghanol gwneuthurwyr ac artistiaid eraill, mae'n lleoliad ac yn gymuned berffaith i ddatblygu'r busnes - gofod chwaethus, croesawgar ac yn llawn creadigrwydd.

From the very first phone call, Ceri’s energetic spirit invited new ideas, and it was a pleasure to have her initially as a pop-up tenant in the centre of Caernarfon. When the opportunity arose to apply for a permanent location, we knew immediately that Sglein Seren would be perfect for the Cei.

Surrounded by other makers and artists, it is the perfect location and community for developing the business - a stylish, welcoming space brimming with creativity.

Mae Gof yr Amgueddfa Lechi bellach wedi ymgartrefu yn yr Efail hanesyddol yng Nghei Llechi tra bod gwaith ailddatblygu yn mynd ymlaen yn yr Amgueddfa!

Mae’n brysur yn gwneud bob math o nwyddau arbennig yno - yn cynnwys llwyau caru haearn (anrheg hyfryd ar gyfer priodas 💖) gofalwyr goriadau bach hyfryd ( cath a ci 😺 🐶) agorwyr poteli (🍷) proceri tan unigryw (🔥) a llawer mwy! Mae o hefyd yn hoff iawn o sgwrs! Galwch draw i’w weld!

Our Blacksmith has now taken up residence in the historic Forge at #CeiLlechi in Caernarfon while redevelopment work continues at the museum!

He’s busy making all kinds of special items there - including metal love spoons (a lovely wedding gift 💖) cute little keyrings (for cat and dog lovers 😺 🐶) bottle openers (🍷) unique fire pokers (🔥) and much more! He also really likes a chat so do pop in and see him!

Location: Round the corner from Becwsmelys, over the road from RheilfforddFfestiniog, in the shadow of CaernarfonCastle

We’re delighted that our blacksmith Liam is back at the Forge at the Slate Quay in Caernarfon again this year as part of our #museumonthemive activities… but do you know to find the Forge?

A recent website order for a BIG print - an A1 Limited Edition of "Summer Storm No.3" to a customer who had simply seen my work in a holiday home, visited my website, fell in love with my work, made a website chat enquiry and then placed an order straight away.
.
This comforted me to know that the website is not only working better than ever before, but it's also being used by customers confident enough to make bigger purchases without worry.

Caption "I'm from Cornwall originally so I'm used to seeing huge winter Atlantic waves exploding over the Cornish coast, but it's much rarer to see 'big' seas here in Ynys Môn, despite the regular gales and storms. There simply isn't the 'fetch' of the Atlantic Ocean to allow such big waves to build here.

It's therefore always exciting when the sea 'kicks off' here in North Wales, and in a golden sunset, a building storm drove some powerful swell to the west coast of Ynys Môn. Here at Porth y Post near Trearddur, I had to put all my weight onto my tripod, in a crazy gale, to keep the telephoto lens vaguely steady.

The tide was slowly ebbing so after half an hour or more of studying these amazing scenes, the crashing waves seemed to reduce in power and drama, and I was free to leave the scene!" taken in Trearddur Bay by @ceillechi
