Another one SOLD! 🤍🏡

000 Country Club Dr. is officially sold!

I am so thankful I had the opportunity to team up with my friend, Ceimar R. Nassar Contreras, an amazing REALTOR® with ERA Neubauer Real Estate!

Between the two of us, we represented both sides of this transaction, and now we have a happy Seller and Buyer! That is always the best part!

So thankful for another smooth transaction and the opportunity to help our clients reach the finish line! 🤍

One of my favorite parts of real estate is getting to work alongside amazing Realtors and Friends!

My friend Ceimar Nassar Contreras with ERA Neubauer Real Estate and I just closed out these 10-unit new construction townhomes, and we are so excited for our Seller on the successful completion and sale of this project!

And we’re not done yet! We have 10 more units available from the ground up. If you’re looking for an amazing investment opportunity and want to get in early, Ceimar and I would love to share the details with you.

Cheers to successful real estate transactions, great partnerships, and helping our clients reach their goals! 🏡🔑
