An altar I made with my dear friend Celia 🩵 That day, she told me about invoking Mary Magdalene, and suddenly we started finding heart-shaped corals everywhere 🙏🏽🫶🏽 by @celiasacredspace
FULL MOON WOMEN CIRCLE 🌕✨ Yesterday, on our rooftop, we gathered in sisterhood with the beautiful @celiasacredspace for a heartwarming women’s circle. A space where we could soften, open our hearts, feel safe, share freely, and simply be. Beautiful women, genuine connections and the kind of energy that stays with you long after the evening ends. So grateful for this beautiful co-creation and for every woman who showed up with an open heart. 🫶🏽 Welcome in our home for sisterhood 🌺 @villairenedahab #womencircle #fullmoonenergy #sisterhood #retreat by @celiasacredspace
A moment of sisterhood, connection & coming home to ourselves. 🌕🤍 To all the beautiful women who joined us for our Equinox Women’s Circle, @yogawith_mona and I want to express our deepest gratitude. 🫶🏼 Thank you for showing up with open hearts, for allowing yourselves to be seen, to soften, to share, and to connect with one another in the beautiful space of sisterhood we created together. There is something so powerful about women gathering, holding space for one another, and remembering that we don’t have to walk our journeys alone. Every woman brought her own magic, presence, and energy, making this gathering truly special. 🌿✨ And if you’re reading this and feeling a little something stirring within you, perhaps it’s your sign to join us for the next one. 🌙 The circle is always open, and there is a place for you 🤍🙏🏻 With love and gratitude, Mona & Celia 🪷 #WomensCircle #Sisterhood #EquinoxRitual #SacredFeminine WomenSupportingWomen WomensGathering by @celiasacredspace

Partner yoga isn’t about a difficult pose, it’s an exercise in trust. When you let another body hold yours, something in your nervous system relaxes. Try this with someone this week. ✨ So happy to share my passion with my forever bestie @sansens , I love you always🤍🤍🤍 Who would you do this with? This Blue Lotus Ceremony in Baja was one of the most beautiful ceremonies I’ve ever had the honor of holding.🪷🙏🏻🤍 Born from the sacred waters of the Nile, the Blue Lotus has been honored in Egypt for thousands of years as a flower of spiritual awakening, intuition, and rebirth. Through its gentle medicine, we opened our hearts, expanded our awareness, and remembered the ancient wisdom carried within every woman. Together we danced, sang, honored the Egyptian Goddesses, immersed ourselves in the sea, and gathered around the fire, remembering the wisdom that already lives within each of us 🌹 A heartfelt thank you to @iawai.maktub for holding such a beautiful masculine presence throughout the ceremony. Your grounded energy, support, and devotion created a safe space for us to fully open and express ourselves. 🔥 And thank you @anabelvandesande , for capturing these precious moments with so much love while also being fully present and sharing the ceremony with us. Your eye and your heart are reflected in every image 📸 My heart is overflowing with gratitude for every woman who said yes to this journey of remembrance. 🤍 If you feel called to experience the medicine of the Blue Lotus, I’ll be sharing this sacred work again during my upcoming Women’s Retreat in Egypt. Just write “LOTUS” and I’ll happily send you all the details. 🪷🇪🇬 by @celiasacredspace
If Egypt has been on your mind lately… this might be why. Daughters of the Deep Dahab, Egypt September 19-26, 2026 An intimate experience. A different way of being in the water. Info packet in bio. by @celiasacredspace
Maktub - “It is written” I used to stress so much about making the “perfect” decisions for my future. Then I understood that that nothing happens by accident. Every person we meet, every obstacle we face, and every dream we carry is part of a larger story already written for us. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho talks about this: There’s a concept in the book called Maktub—an Arabic word meaning “it is written.” It’s the idea that our destinies are already shaped by the divine (our Personal Legend), and how we can have the courage to pursue them. It also talks about this beautiful idea of the language of the universe - the idea that the world doesn’t speak to us in words, but in omens—in gut feelings, synchronicities, flashes of intuition, and unexpected encounters. If you’re looking for a sign to start trusting your intuition more, this is it! I recommend you to read this book if you haven’t yet or re read it! Mahalo Nui loa, Iawai 🧡 by @celiasacredspace
