Today I’m deeply honored and humbled to share that I’m living my dream life as a Post Producing Resident at @unioneditorial, a Residency by @industrystandard.work sponsored by @netflix.

⭐️

I’ve graduated in May of 2024 from @ringlingcollegefilm, moving straight to Los Angeles with my now husband and the most supportive partner I could have asked for, @beauagrawal. I was lucky enough to get into the Academy Gold Rising Program, part of @theacademy ’s early talent development and diversity arm.

By the end of 2025, I was a working producer, collaborating with wonderful creatives at @wearewhimsy, making films with the incredibly talented @owendubeck, and even heading to Brazil for 2 months to produce a narrative feature in my home state. What a full circle and fulfilling moment in my life!

And now, a new phase of my journey starts in 2026 with my first full-time position, learning from the experience and brilliance of @klecool who I’m so lucky to call my mentor and boss.

This program comes from the dreams of one of the most inspirational people I have ever met. @jennifersofiohall is someone you want to have in your corner because if you are lucky enough to work alongside her, she cares. She cares deeply about you. And even if she argues it’s part of her job, I choose to believe it’s because she is an incredibly kind person. Jenn changed the course of my life, and of the life of everyone who has been part of Industry Standard, now in its third season.

And speaking of those cool kids, I got the most incredible cohort of individuals that I now call my friends, my community. People that inspire me daily and that I love. This program gave me an incredible and unbreakable bond with them, and I’m planning to take all of you with me as I move through life. Jenn is good at curating people, and her mission of creating a higher industry standard in documentary post-production is safe with these folks.

I’m here because I’ve been blessed by an incredible family that I would not trade for any money, success, or status in this world. In fact, any that I may have gotten, I owe it all to them. taken in Los Angeles, California by @celimitidieri

Just over a year ago, a group of 50 mad geniuses and I made SOLD OUT, my first stab at fiction. Soon, it'll be yours, and I hope it's the kind of film you'd have picked off the shelf at Blockbusters at midnight, maybe a little stoned (not too late btw.) I can't wait for you to laugh, squirm, gasp, cringe, riot. We know we did.

SOLD OUT
When a controversial new technology makes a local theater the talk of the town, its cast must reckon with the steep price of stardom.

🎬 We held our first screening of THE END IS NIGH this weekend, a work-in-progress cut, shown to an audience for the first time.

Thank you to @vidiots for opening up the Mubi Microcinema for us, and to everyone who showed up early on a Saturday to watch and give honest feedback. It’s not always easy to share notes on something unfinished, and we’re grateful you did.

That’s over 1,000 hours of mental healthcare that we’re going to be able to cover.

Thank you to everyone who donated! You can watch our film “To Write Love” on YouTube.

TO WRITE LOVE - So excited to announce that my new film, To Write Love, will release on May 31st!

Back in the fall, I got a message from an organization with a strange name asking if I’d be open to working on a documentary for their 20 year anniversary.

As I started to ask friends and family about To Write Love on Her Arms, it became clear that everyone two years older than me and above had not only heard about @TWLOHA, but remembered where they were when they first heard about it. People were in tears remembering what the movement meant to them. Others had tattoos and spoke of it as a global mental health movement, driven by MySpace and the punk rock scene.

It was at this moment, I realized there was a story to tell here that was larger than any one person or organization. It would also have the potential to make a large social impact to ensure people receive the resources and care they need. Thank you to @jamietworkowski , @bearcatrenee and so many others for sharing your stories.

Can’t wait for you all to see it, it’ll be on Youtube on May 31st and is already touring in theaters, film festivals, and living rooms all around the country!

SOLD OUT is nearly done, so it's time for a little dispatch.

@niles.tv joined the motley crew as our editor. Many (many) hours of jokes, gabbing, and killing our darlings later, we have a film. Thank you for bullying me into hiring you. Other editors should follow your lead.

Just wait til you hear the tunes @caleb_emmar has been cooking up (with vocals from his better half, @livib0dley!) I'm not saying we were inspired by the Babygirl and It Follows original scores, but I'm not NOT saying that either.

@rachgdub @eszter_csepeli_dp and I spent three days watching @laszlokovacs_colorist work his magic (on the big screen!) at the National Film Institute in Budapest. I can't wait for you to see this schebang in theaters as god intended.

I'm now in London, where @louisehreynolds is hand-painting the most beautiful movie poster beyond my wildest dreams (and they've been pretty wild) and @anna_carpani is building sound worlds that'll send chills down your little spines! Chills! And after I saw @kristenstambolic's tribute to Suspiria, I brought her on as our titles designer!

And (*stops to pant breathlessly*) @neenuhv @dylan.chant and @thegabrielopez have saved the day more times than I can count as our AEs. Without you, there'd be no movie!

SOLD OUT!!! Coming soon!!!
