I was apart of HISTORY this weekend performing in the first halftime show for the @fifaworldcup finals! For my 1st halftime performance to be on the biggest stage in the world with @shakira and @burnaboygram is something I will never take for granted. 🙏🏾

Thank you @charmladonna @itstiffanysimone and @itsjovannisoto for trusting me to be apart of a once in a lifetime opportunity. Thank you @kany16 and @chrisgranted your added guidance and direction especially during crunch time. What an honor it was to be in the room with so much greatness.

To top it all off, I got to experience this with my FAMILY @ayokeenan @miki_michelle @itsjovannisoto. 🥹🫂We used to dream about these moments as kids and now here we are TOGETHER doing exactly what we said we would. I am beyond proud of us. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday gift 🥳

And that goes any other form of exercise, technique, or education. Pilates has been a part of my movement vocabulary for atleast 10 years and till this day, I am constantly finding new ways to improve my stamina, stretch, stability, and strength. If you’re feeling stagnant, this is your sign to find inspiration or new guidance in spaces or instructors to help you get that spark back. Remember: students NEVER stop being students, so continue to dig deep.
