Filled with so much deep gratitude and love for every brave sister that was joining our healing retreat in Ibiza💛 Together we created a week filled with deep healing, tears, joy, anger, freedom, and radical honesty. This week is hard to put into words, my heart is just filled with so much love.

A transformation that left everyone in tears of gratitude to life. Rebirth in every way🔥 And thank you to the whole team for creating this safe space together. Something that allowed everyone to face their deepest fears, those we tend to escape and hide under the carpet. And when the deepest fears is filled with love and seen for what it is, we truly starts to access our heart- and soul’s highest desire, and we are only left with a whole new chapter of freedom and purpose in life!

The painful truth❤️

The more you want to be loved, the less you will be loved.

The more you try to be special, the less you will be special.

The more you try to be respected, the less you will be respected.

The more you try to be liked, the less you will be liked.

Because it’s an escape from the pain within that already carries this lack.

Every time you seek external validation, it will give you a flush of good feelings for a moment, but it very quickly turns into even more pain within you.

Until you choose to finally listen, honour and respect the child within you that needs your attention.

And moving through the pain of not being seen, respected, special or heard❤️‍🔥

Telling the same stories about your past over and over again, means that you haven’t yet fully seen, validated and trusted your own truth of the pain you carry with the story.

It is only when you first validate the injustice you feel and allowing the emotions of that move through you, that you transition from victim to empowerment🦌

Being stuck in disempowerment means that you are looping in the pattern of proving yourself to avoid people from being disappointed in you or misunderstand you.

Allowing others to leave you or despise you and still feel as worthy, loved and whole, that is real freedom.🌳
