Yes, it’s Wednesday. Yes, we can still have a reset 😂🤍

One gym session last week, but we’re going again. You don’t have to wait until Monday to get back into your routine.

What’s one thing you’re making time for before the week’s out? 👀

Açai Bowl lovers save this spot for your next acai bowl craving! 📍

I bought an açai bowl & matcha this weekend from @bowlduk again and realised I have my first impression filmed from earlier in summer& forgot to share it with you guys!

* Customer Service - My experience has always been good they’re super on it & even brought my food to the car on one visit when I was waiting for it
* Super easy to order & great range of toppings
* Great Açai to topping ratio imo. I want to taste the açai not just toppings & this is the perfect mixture

weight training 🔥

strength looks different for everyone. I love a compound lift, a lift where all my focus is on the current moment, all worries fall away in that moment. the feeling is truly unmatched!

sep-dec I’m working on hitting my goals in the final push of the year 🫶🏾
