It’s always a good time for a little ballet technique tune-up with Ms. Lauren 🩰✨

Sometimes the smallest refinements make the biggest difference, and Ms. Lauren knows exactly how to make those corrections CLICK! 👏🙌

A little hands-on guidance goes a long way in helping our dancers understand what proper alignment should feel like, carry that awareness into their movement + develop the muscle memory that makes those corrections stick 💡🧠

We love getting a closer look at the intentional training happening in our Level 2 + 3 Ballet classrooms. This is where those strong technical foundations are built, one correction at a time 💫 taken in Centerstage Dance Academy by @centerstageda

A little peek inside Level 2 Jazz with the one and only Ms. Jessie! 🎬🌟

Fun, foundational + full of that signature Ms. Jessie energy! These dancers are already showing so much growth, and we love getting to watch their technique and their love for jazz develop week after week 👏🎶🫶

A whole lot of learning happening in this room… and clearly, a whole lot of FUN along the way! 🤩🙌 taken in Centerstage Dance Academy by @centerstageda

A little #tbt to a 2026 competition season favorite… Mr. Limbert’s Junior Large Musical Theater, “Bushel and a Peck” ❤️✨😘

Technically sharp, full of personality + SO entertaining from start to finish! 👏 We loved watching these kids grow more confident and fall even more in love with this piece as the season went on 🫶🥹

Such a fun watch every single time, and one we’ll never get tired of revisiting! Enjoy “Bushel and a Peck” ! 🎬❤️‍🔥

This. Right. Here. 💡☝️

Talent can open doors, but consistency is what keeps you moving forward. Showing up on the easy days, the hard days + all the ordinary days in between– that’s where the growth happens.

Keep showing up and choosing the work. That consistency will take you places, CDA fam 💫💪 taken in Centerstage Dance Academy by @centerstageda

Today’s #tbt is taking us straight to Bikini Bottom 🫧🍍🌊🎶

Mr. Chris’ 2026 Junior Large Hip Hop, “Bikini Bottom Bounce,” was one of those numbers that managed to get MORE entertaining every single time it hit the competition stage 🙌🔥

These kids hit HARD, brought the energy from start to finish + gave us everything you could ever ask for out of a Junior Hip Hop piece 💥👏 – the commitment they brought to this one is what always made it SO much fun to watch!

A studio favorite for a reason 🫰💛 Press play + enjoy this number all over again with us! 🎬 taken in Centerstage Dance Academy by @centerstageda

Going across the floor with Level 7 Ballet 🩰💫

A little glimpse into the training happening in Ms. Shelby’s class as these dancers put their turns to work– finding their placement, control + consistency one combination at a time 👏

We could watch these kids go across the floor all day. The technique + WORK speaks for itself ❤️‍🔥🙌

Starting the week with a little love for some of our youngest dancers 🩰✨

Our Combo 1-2 crew has been hard at work with Ms. Yvette, building the ballet, tap + jazz foundations that will carry with them through so many years of dance ahead 👏

For so many of our CDA dancers, this is where it all begins– with Ms. Yvette teaching the basics, building their confidence + helping that love for dance take root from the very start 🤍

There’s something so special about popping into these classes early in the season, watching these little dancers work SO hard on the fundamentals and knowing just how much growth we’ll get to see as the year rolls on.

Keep working, littles! We can’t wait to watch it all unfold 🥹🫶 taken in Centerstage Dance Academy by @centerstageda
