Wellness Wednesday: Sound Bath Experience 🎶✨

October 21 | During Student Lunch | Outdoor Lunch Area

Students are invited to relax, recharge, and reset at our Wellness Wednesday Sound Bath Experience! Students can unwind while listening to the calming sounds and soothing vibrations, get hands-on and try sound bath instruments, color mandala bookmarks, and refresh at our flavored water station.

Sound baths can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve focus and mood, and support an overall sense of well-being—a perfect mid-day break from the busy school day. 💙 by @centptsa
