One thing I’ve learned is that big goals are achieved by small daily moves, habits, and practices. The pressures to be successful on a larger scale always seem impossible until you break down the fact that it all begins with one step, move, and/or action. That for me as a man led to procrastination and fear disguised as “waiting for the right time or moment” or trying to perfect moves and steps that I wasn’t even confident in taking. Learning myself and the strength I have mentally and physically has been a cheat code for breaking that barrier and moving forward. Sharing with Cade and Cam will give them not only a head start but the confidence to move even when things don’t look a way! by @ceo_scoops
