POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Love and Appreciation is all I can feel on my 44th birthday today after #CEO2026.

It’s rare I take a moment after a CEO to truly reflect on the past weekend and everything involved that it requires to put together. But I’m trying my hardest to really sit back and breathe after it’s all said and done.

But truly the love and appreciation goes to every single soul that has crossed my path in this world to lead to these moments. Without you I wouldn’t have the motivation to keep growing and trying new things. Without every single staff member or attendee in whatever role you played, this event’s success is because of the work you put it in to make it happen and enjoy it. So many people have been around my fighting game world for two plus decades and still show up to support in so many different ways that push me to my limits in the best of ways.

I wanted to share some of my favorite photos from our talented media team and my own phone. Within a week the @ceogaminginc account will post links to a recap with everything we can share from this past weekend.

Normally I would go into a coma but many in my own staff I’d want to just not think CEO about are already inspiring myself and each other to get to work on the next one in 2027.

Truly thank you to all of you. This is my life that I proudly own and all I will continue to do is leave a positive impact behind and connect as many people as possible that share a passion for fighting games and Community Effort Orlando. by @ceojebailey

Before digital storefronts and season passes, the hustle was real in the local arcades!

Players would type up #mortalkombat fatalities found on early internet days to sell them as physical cheat sheets for some extra coins.

From hiding hands during execution to literal paper-and-ink transactions, one of the FGC's earliest side hustles was basically the backbone for today's generation of Downloadable content that you have to pay for.
