As a warning- I did a full review on peptides and general pharmaceuticals when picking a clinic/peptide/IV vendor. Be careful what you put in your body. After investigation it was clear that @pwrclinics were properly tested and their pharmacy network is top notch. When you put stuff in your body, don’t look for the cheapest option, find the best product. #clinic #peptides #ufcgym taken in UFC GYM by @ceoufcgym

Real talk: pad work like this isn't cardio, it's controlled aggression with a purpose. Every jab, every combo, every step is deliberate. That's the difference between a workout and training like a fighter.
We built this gym so you get access to the same technique and coaching real fighters use — no experience required, just the will to show up.

Amazing. I continue to see people in and outside MMA try to pick @danawhite apart. When a leader is at the top of the mountain- I guess that is a reality one deals with. You cannot please everyone. With Dana’s leadership he took a promotion losing millions per year to an organization worth Billions. Just @ufcgym there are around 5k team members globally. Many countries host local UFC executive teams, thousands of amazing fighters have become household names. Hosting fights at the sphere and now the Whitehouse. People can choose not to like him or try to rationalize his success… but I hope we can all respect his achievements. Sport Legacy and Job Creation at its finest. I been able to witness the accomplishments. Been a great ride. Congrats Dana on Time’s cover! #ufc #danawhite #ufcgym #time #promoter taken in UFC GYM by @ceoufcgym
