A huge thanks to @d_light_catcher and Xianne for organizing this session.

Really good hangout and got time to express our different photography styles. We did shoot late into the evening, and as evening got darker and darker, adapting to the fading light was n interesting endeavor.

Absolutely had a blast.

My good friend @d_light_catcher invited me to watch my very first Gymkhana @legacy_oaks

I had the best time watching people of all ages come out to compete, but most of all have fun, bond and interact on their common love for horses. I really hope these images bring to life the vibrancy and energy I got to enjoy.

The best portraits happen between the poses. 📸

This session started quiet: a book, a chair, and soft light. Then the laughter came, and the bandana, and a very serious flex for the camera. That mix is exactly what I love about portraits. You can’t fake the moment someone forgets the lens is there.

I shot with warm, moody tones and a textured backdrop to let every expression breathe: thoughtful, playful, and a little bit fierce. Every freckle, every tattoo, every half-smile tells its own story.

Portraits aren’t about perfect. They’re about true.

Which frame is your favorite? Tell me in the comments 👇

Moody tones, soft shadows, and quiet expressions. There’s something beautifully intimate about letting the light fall where it wants and allowing the mood to tell the story. A portrait series wrapped in warmth, stillness, and a little mystery.

Corn stalks and apple orchards, festival lights and family recipes — today our city didn’t just gather, it revealed itself. Every culture, every trade, every hand that built this place had a seat at the table. This is what belonging looks like.

A very special guest of mine made a special appearance. 😝🤣

Childhood passes in the blink of an eye. Photographs let you hold onto the little moments long after they’ve become memories. ❤️
